I have been in the residential renovation and construction business for almost 20 years in the United States (Northeast area) and have found the Concierge team to be consummate professionals, expert tradesman, reliable, and, priced fairly for the services they provide.
I purchased an ocean front home in the Tamarindo area that needed extensive renovation. Concierge drove 4 hours form San Jose on a Saturday to look at my project and provide and estimate without asking for a fee for their efforts! Magda, you did a great job decorating my Condo. I am glad you talked me into spending a “little” extra money to decorate and add extras to the Condo. The first time I walked into the finished Condo, I felt like I was home. The colors, accessories, and furniture you selected was just the right touch. I had a couple of other people over who owned Condo’s and they were impressed and a little jealous of the finished product I had. They walked away with a few ideas to upgrade their own Condos.
Thanks again for a great job and for urging me along to spend a little more than I planned. It was money well spent. I would suggest anyone who goes with Magda, listen to what she suggests, you will be glad you did. Just go look at other Condos that we not decorated by her, you will see what I mean.
